Every event is delivered by an operator in our family. Every operator in our family is required to carry insurance. Your events team handles the planning, and the operator's staff run each activity on the day.

What we bring
Snow from Big Idea Blizzard: a foamy snow festival that runs indoors or outdoors, in any temperature. Carnival games from Backyard Carnival: striped tents, classic games and staff who run every booth. Portable mini golf from Mini Golf Anywhere: a 9-hole course that sets up indoors or outdoors, with staff on the course throughout. Giant bubbles from Big Idea Bubbles: a hosted hour of giant tri-string bubbles and shaped wands. Gellyball from Gellyball Adventures and Gellyball Legends: a team game with blasters, masks and a field of bunkers, run by a Game Master, with non-toxic, biodegradable ammo. Foam parties from Foam Palooza. Which activities are available depends on your city and date, and is confirmed with your quote.

Tell us your headcount, your site and your date. Your events team sketches the event plan: where each activity goes, how groups move between them, and one check-in point for your team. The plan and the activity mix are confirmed with your quote.

Who runs the event on the day?
The operator in our family who delivers your event. Their staff run each activity: a Game Master runs gellyball, staff stay on the mini golf course throughout, and carnival staff run every booth. A snow festival also asks your team for two volunteers.
Can it run indoors?
Some activities can. Portable mini golf and snow both run indoors or outdoors. Tell us about your room, and the plan matches activities to the space you have.
How many people can it handle, and how much space does it need?
Capacity is set per activity. A snow festival's standard setup serves about 30-35 guests and needs a 25 x 25 ft flat area with 2 standard outlets. A gellyball package includes gear for 10 players, with more kits or rotations for bigger groups, on a field of about 30x40 ft. A carnival needs a 30x30 space and a power outlet. Bigger headcounts are quoted to size.
