Event entertainment for companies and communities
Company events, festivals and community days, with activities your guests step into and one events team to plan the day.
Planning a holiday event? Lock in your date.
Big Idea Entertainment brings together a family of activity brands: snow, carnival games, portable mini golf, giant bubbles, gellyball and foam. When an event needs more than one activity, you plan it with one events team instead of several vendors.
Companies, cities and parks, libraries, camps, churches and community groups all start the same way: tell us the occasion, the site and the date. Every event is delivered by an operator in our family, whose staff run each activity on the day.
Which activities are available depends on your city and date, and the mix is confirmed with your quote.

The event plan
Tell us your headcount, your site and your date. Your events team sketches where each activity goes, how guests move between them and where your team checks in.
The drawing is a sample layout, not a past event, and the activity mix for your city and date is confirmed with your quote.
Budget and procurement

- COI and W-9 on request, from the company that invoices you.

Planning questions
Who runs it on the day?
An operator in our family delivers every event, and that operator's staff run each activity. A Game Master runs gellyball, staff stay on the mini golf course throughout, and carnival staff run every booth. A snow festival also asks your team for two volunteers.
Can it run indoors?
Some activities can. Portable mini golf and snow are both built to run indoors or outdoors. Tell us the room size and floor type, and the plan matches activities to the space and to what is available in your city.
How many guests can it handle?
Capacity is set per activity. A snow festival's standard setup serves about 30-35 guests. A gellyball package includes gear for 10 players, with more kits or rotations for bigger groups. Larger headcounts are quoted to size, with more stations or more activities on the plan.
How far ahead should we book?
As soon as you have a date. Send it, and our events team confirms availability within one business day.
Can you provide a COI and W-9?
COI and W-9 on request, from the company that invoices you. Payment terms are confirmed with your quote.
